Perfect is an Illusion
Do you struggle with perfection?
I like to say I'm a recovering perfectionist.
In this vlog I share some thoughts about a meme I saw recently that said “Perfect is an illusion”.
I’ve shared some examples from the past year where my smiling face in pictures wasn’t the whole story.
And I also give you 3 tips – one each for your Mind, Body and Soul. From my personal journey I share how I expanded my capacity to live life in a way that was true and honest, sustainable
and allowed me to experience both the joys and the sorrows, the wins and the losses of 2022.
When you can do these things you’re integrating more of you into the whole of you, building a stronger more fortified you.
It’s bringing you more self-awareness, it’s helping you to live in a place of reality instead of the illusion and it’s also going to help you move from fear into new levels of freedom, inner peace, confidence and joy!
